Description

Blend and finish a range of metals with this Merit® surface prep A/O fine grit TR (Type III) non-woven quick-change disc. Made from premium high loft nylon fiber bonded to a strong nylon scrim for durable longevity, the disc features an abrasive aluminum oxide grain that produces a cut rate up to 20% higher than competitive products. A thick layer of proprietary clean bond resin produces smear-free finishes, even on high-nickel content alloys, while the fine grit grain reduces loading on soft metals for consistent finishing.
